      Thanks for all this work. Although there wasn’t a lot new in this presentation if you’ve read all the reports, it was still great to see so much of it gathered together this way (even though it was mostly the information that relates to the publisher’s revenue).

      But I have one question: What is the “ghost borrow” factor? That is, I know what you mean by it-but what’s it’s value, and how did you obtain it?

      Thanks for all this work!
      Despite the fact that there wasn’t a lot new in this presentation in case you’ve examine all the previous reports, it’s still brilliant to see a it all amassed collectively in this manner – I simply love infographics ?

      in the “head or long tail” infographic, is the horizontal axis, the author’s “Amazon overall kindle sales ranking” or a book’s?
